Refund Policy

At Kate’s Pasture to Pantry, every item is handcrafted in small batches with care, organic ingredients, and timehonored sourdough methods. Because our products are made fresh to order, all sales are final.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We require 48 hours’ notice for any order changes or cancellations. Orders canceled within this window may be eligible for a refund. After that time, ingredients and preparation are already underway, and refunds cannot be issued.

Quality Concerns

Your satisfaction matters deeply. If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with a description of the concern. We may request a photo so we can understand what happened and make it right.

Pickup Policy

Because all items are baked fresh for your scheduled pickup time, missed pickups are nonrefundable. If you are unable to pick up your order, you may send someone in your place.

Allergy & Ingredient Notes

Ingredients are listed for each product. It is the customer’s responsibility to review them before ordering. We cannot offer refunds for reactions or ingredient oversights. Any questions on ingredients, please email or call.
