Made with a blend of organic flours—including ancient grains like Kamut and einkorn—it bakes into a tender, airy crumb with a golden, crisp edge. It is generously drizzled with organic extra‑virgin olive oil and finished with fragrant rosemary snipped fresh from our garden. Perfect on its own, alongside a meal, or as the base for your favorite toppings, this focaccia brings rustic, handcrafted comfort to any table.
