Pasture‑Raised Chicken Eggs
Our pasture‑raised eggs come from hens who live the way nature intended—soaking up sunshine, scratching through fresh grass, and free‑ranging across our property almost every day. Their diet is completely organic and thoughtfully crafted without soy or corn, giving you eggs that are as pure, nutrient‑dense, and wholesome as possible.
Each egg reflects the care behind it: deep golden yolks, rich flavor, and a freshness you can taste. Gathered by hand and produced by hens who roam and live stress‑free, these eggs bring real‑food nourishment straight from our pasture to your kitchen.
Washing & Storing Fresh Eggs
Washing Fresh Eggs
Freshly laid eggs naturally come with a protective coating called the bloom, which helps keep bacteria out and extends shelf life.
• Do not wash your eggs until you’re ready to use them.
• If an egg needs a little cleaning, gently wipe it with a dry cloth or a barely damp towel.
• For heavily soiled eggs, rinse under warm running water right before cooking—never soak them, as soaking can draw bacteria through the shell.
Storing Fresh Eggs
How you store your eggs depends on whether they’ve been washed.
Unwashed Eggs:
• Can be stored at room temperature for up to two weeks.
• For longer storage, keep them in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
Washed Eggs:
• Must be refrigerated.
• Store them pointed‑side down to help maintain quality.
• Use within a few weeks for the best flavor and texture.
