“You Bake” Sourdough Pizza Dough

Bring artisan pizza into your own kitchen with our handcrafted “You Bake” Sourdough Pizza Dough. Made with a naturally fermented sourdough starter, organic bread flour, organic Kamut flour, and a touch of sea salt, this dough delivers incredible flavor, beautiful texture, and that signature sourdough character.

Each dough ball is slow‑fermented for depth and stored cold to develop a light, airy structure with gorgeous bubbles that bake into a crisp, chewy crust.

Storage

Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days. The flavor only gets better as it rests.

How to Bake at Home

1. Preheat

Heat your oven to 500°F.

2. Relax the Dough

Remove dough from the refrigerator 15–30 minutes before shaping to let it soften and relax.

3. Shape

• Transfer one dough ball to a lightly floured surface.

• Turn to coat gently in flour.

• Using your fingertips, press and flatten the center, pushing the bubbles toward the edges (avoid popping them).

• Continue working outward as you rotate the dough until it reaches 10–12 inches.

• Lay it onto a floured surface (semolina or fine cornmeal works beautifully).

• The dough may shrink slightly—this is normal.

• It should not stick.

4. Top

Add your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings.

5. Bake

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the crust is golden and crisp.
